She's played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher on Shameless in a role that she played between 2011 to 2021, and Harris Conner-Healy, in the tenth season of the family sitcom Roseanne along with its spin-off, The Conners. Kenney was born on September 14, 1999, on the 14th of September in New York City. Kevin Kenney works as a Fox Sports sportswriter and is the son of Gillian Kenney. Gillian Kenney has worked in criminal defense law, and Kevin Kenney previously wrote for The New York Post. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless costar. Kenney, who was born in and was raised in Manhattan and is the 19 year old actress that plays Debbie the main character on Showtime's hit show, Shameless. She spent the majority of her early years in Jersey. Kenney is also known for her part in the role of Darlene's (Sara Gilbert) daughter Harris in the Roseanne revival.
